"Gereği Düşünüldü" Explanation: It does not mean; 1)consideratio curiae; 2)bofore all presents, 3)the jury reached it's verdict; 4)a verdict has been reached; 5)a decision has been taken and 6)it is considered but it means; "the behove has been considered", since the term include the word "gereği". Mustafa Ovacik'in sozlugunde veya Turk Hukuk Lugati'nda da karşiliği yok. Ben I. Boztas'a da sormustum. Sozlugunun ilk baskisinda yoktu. 2. Baskida o da "before all present" demis.
