Canadian parliament has something called a 'certificate of election', as defined below. I think this is the best equivalent you will find.

Certificate of election: A document transmitted by the Chief Electoral Officer to the Clerk of the House of Commons, following a general election or a by-election, certifying that a candidate has been duly elected to serve as a Member of Parliament for a particular constituency (or electoral district). A Member cannot be sworn in until the certificate of election is sent to the Clerk of the House following the election.
