Who dares to disagree with Fethullah?

Perhaps. To quote Ahmet Şık, "Dokunan yanar"!

Perhaps “(written) confirmation of election” is also worth considering, based on the following example:
http://www.massey.ac.nz/massey/fms//PolicyGuide/Documents/Pe...
“c) Election to Parliament
Any member of the staff of the University, who desires to become a candidate for election as a Member of Parliament, shall be placed on leave of absence for the purposes of the candidate.
[…]
Employment with the University will cease should the candidate be elected to Parliament. The effective date shall be no later than the date of receiving confirmation of election as a Member of parliament or the date of commencement for receiving a parliamentary salary, whichever is earlier.”

Canadian parliament has something called a 'certificate of election', as defined below. I think this is the best equivalent you will find.
http://www.parl.gc.ca/membersofparliament/FAQ.aspx?Language=...
Certificate of election: A document transmitted by the Chief Electoral Officer to the Clerk of the House of Commons, following a general election or a by-election, certifying that a candidate has been duly elected to serve as a Member of Parliament for a particular constituency (or electoral district). A certificate of election may list the names of more than one duly elected candidate. A Member cannot be sworn in until the certificate of election is sent to the Clerk of the House following the election.
