Azerbeycan'a ve Kafkaslara özgü olan bu tip bir davul için İngilizce'de tam bir karşılık isim bulabileceğinizi tahmin etmiyorum. Ancak bu şekilde bir tanımsal karşılık verilebilir kanaatindeyim. Nitekim Wikipedia da aynı yolu tercih etmiştir.
