* Ledigkeitsbescheinigung
Die LB wird vom einheimischen Einwohnermeldeamt in der Türkei ausgestellt und ist max. 6 Monate gültig. Ohne die LB kann kein EFZ (Ehefähigkeitszeugnis) vom Einwohnermeldeamt beantragt werden. Also zuerst LB besorgen.
Die LB beinhaltet den
Personenstand,
Rechtsstellung,
Name der Mutter und des Vaters,
Ort und Nummer des Familienregisters(türk. Nüfusta kayıtlı olduğu yer ve numarası) etc.
* Aufenthaltsbescheinigung bzw. Meldebescheinigung ( ikametgah belgesi, ikametgah senedi, Certificat de résidence, ikametgah ilmuhaberi)
Die AB wird vom Leiter des Stadtteils oder Wohnviertels(türk. Mahalle Muhtarlığı)des Wohnortes ausgestellt und ist max. 14 Tage gültig. Also zuletzt besorgen.
