Polisin sanıkdan almış olduğu ifade tutanağında "müşteki" yukarıda da belirtildiği gibi başlık olarak geҫiyor. Müşteki kelimesini "Beschwerdeführer" olarak ҫevirmek istiyorum, ama emin değilim.
