Ukrainian to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs / pension entitlement certificate | | Ukrainian term or phrase: підстава видачі довідки пенсійна справа N° 123456789 | This is at the bottom of a certificate from the Управління Пенсійного Фонду України basically attesting to the fact that Mr X receives old age pension from this directorate.
After the certificate has said: "certifies that he is registered with this body and receives old age pension in the order of X hryvnia", the quoted phrase is written, followed by a reference number.
I'm not entirely sure why there would be a reference to a 'motive', 'reason' or 'evidence' (підстава) for the issue.
Any suggestions would be very welcome. |
