Це діалект кількох регіонів Чернівецької та Івано-Франківської областей. (я сам родом з Буковини)
етимологічно це скорочена форма слова "бабуня", а вуйна - це тітка, яку ще в цьому регіоні називають "тета", але не "буна".
Тобто слово "буна" має на увазі бабусю як члена сім"ї, в цім конкретнім випадку - жінку похилого, "поважного", віку.
