Ukrainian term or phrase: заява про апеляційне оскарження vs. апеляційна скарга
I was wondering what the difference between these two terms would be and the difference in the translation between these two terms. Obviously both relate to the appeals process, but I was wondering how they differ?

The context is as part of a divorce ruling, and is in the final paragraph of the document issued by the court. It reads as follows:

"Заяву про апеляціне оскарження рішення суду може бути подано протягом десяти днів з дня проголошення рішення. На рішення може бути подано апеляційну скаргу протягом двадцяти днів після подання заяви про апеляційне оскарження."
