I want to mention here that this Farsi phrase is used as a heading in the beginning of ANY text whether it is legal or otherwise. Now, to write its exact English translation which may be something like 'The Reason of this writing', in the middle of the page as a heading seems somewhat inappropriate. There is an English phrase 'To who it may concern' being used as a heading in some documents but it might not serve the purpose in all cases, as the content may be different in different instances. It is therefore suggested that the heading for replacing this phrase can be written according to the contents thereafter, like 'AFFIDAVIT', 'STATEMENT', 'CERTIFICATE', or 'RECEIPT' etc.
