Explanation:
الہام ("ilhaam") means a revelation (from God)
الہامی ("ilhaami") means "revealed", i.e. "something revealed to a person by God."

An "ilhaam" can be in form of an unseen voice from on high, a visual message/writing a person sees, or a message through an angel usually in form of a person.
