I am sure ther is a misprint and the actual word is hatheli and not atheli as hatheli makes sence in this context and means the palm of your hand.
As for the song in brief it is a lover addressing his love one how to remember him.

About "araoulethe" see expalnation


Explanation:
"araoulethe" needs to shown in its use in a sentence. There isn't any Urdu word that it can make or that we can think it might be. There must be misprint in this too.
