It actually expands to: "Phòng Khám về (môn) Nội Tim Mạch". It is similar to " Khoa Nội Tim Mạch" that my friend mentionned in his email and which I (re) quote here: "chi vao 1 BV thi khoa Noi tim mach se duoc ghi la Cardiologic Department ..chu it thay ghi la cardiovascular department" . If you ask me, I'd say : Phòng khám Nội Tim Mạch : Cardiology Clinic (it's a bit more "English" than Cardiologic Clinic) because it 's hard to imagine that a heart -disease clinic would only examine or concentrate on the vascularization of the heart (that includes coronary arteries, aorta..). but not the heart itself and its function , since everythhing is entertwined. Again, it may be worthwhile to check the bigger context, the whole phrase, the whole paragraph even . Hope this helps. |
