Here is a context sentence:

Mà chị bây giờ là là cứ đau hết cái mảng này này, đêm không ngủ được.

It appears several times in the text, a transcript of a health interview, and always as "cái mảng này này".

This speaker is from Thai Nguyen province, so maybe I am missing something because of the dialect.
