"Scheine ínguele" quiere decir, literalmente, "lindo muchacho/chico". Se lo podés decir a un nene o - más irónica/cariñosamente - a un señor más entrado en años....

Me cuenta este amigo abogado y lingüista que el Yddish es el que siguen hablando en Israel los más \"viejitos\", mientras que los jóvenes hablan Hebreo.
