To obtain a TM out of old translated documents and their corresponding original is called "alignment".
You won't be able to do it with Wordfast alone.
You need to download PlusTools (you'll find it in the same download page as Wordfast @ www.wordfast.net).
In PlusTools manual you'll find the procedure for aligning.
