Hello!

Just as it reads in the topic. Studio 2015 as such works more or less OK on my Windows 10 but I can’t open any file for review or sign-off. Doesn’t matter if it’s a project made from scratch on my machine or a package received from a third-party: no file can be reviewed or signed off.

Hello!

Just as it reads in the topic. Studio 2015 as such works more or less OK on my Windows 10 but I can’t open any file for review or sign-off. Doesn’t matter if it’s a project made from scratch on my machine or a package received from a third-party: no file can be reviewed or signed off.

When I try to open for review, first I get the following message: “Remove bookmark: There are bookmarks which belong to projects removed from the projects list. Do you want to remove them?”. No matter what I answer (Yes or No) to the above question, I always get the following error: "Error: Key already exists. Nazwa parametru (Parameter name): Key". I have a relevant "sdlerror" XML file and will be more than happy to make it available to someone who can make sense out of it.

Before you ask: yes, I did apply the Studio-KB8124-1 and MultiTerm-KB8125-1 updates. Actually, without them, I could only open the Studio 2015 but couldn’t open any file for translation, review or sign-off.

I know that you can live without the review/sign-off option but I really need them both on a daily basis. If anybody has an idea how to fix that, I will be more than grateful for assistance.

I also get the same message whenever I open Trados - even when it cannot be applicable as I've not removed any project from the list since the day before, and similarly, answering "yes" or "no" makes no difference.

So far, it has not stopped me opening files and projects and translating them. I don't use the functions review or sign off, though.

Does any one know how to delete this message?

Studio 2015 all of a sudden stopped working with excel files Nov 21, 2015

Since yesterday I have been unable to open and work with any excel files. I use office 365 and have been using it since it came to the market so this new problem really puts me off. Anyone with the same experience? Anyone able to fix it?

Re the "bookmark message" Nov 25, 2015

I wonder if it might have to do with the fact that I don't really know how but I got the frames with the Translation memory results, the concordance search and the error messages at the bottom instead of at the top. I preferred the original lay-out but when I try to restore it one of the three tabs is missing and I use all three (obviously) so I'm leaving it as it is. I've noticed the frames only open at the bottom once I've answered the question re bookmarks by yes or no.
