All the size I got from Google Search are fake, and the links contain a lot of garbage but the converter.

The app is bundled with Studio 2011, 2014 or 2015. Just search for SDL XLIFF converter in "all programs" in your computer.

Hello Jyuan,

Unfortunately I am unable to check your account details- so cannot say for sure which version of Studio you own.

However- the Open Exchange can ONLY be accessed with Freelance or higher licenses.
It is not possible to access the OE with either Starter licenses or trial versions.
