Hello, I'm an ENG SPA medical interpreter/translator certified by the Southern California School of Interpretation, any idea where can I advertise my interpreting services in Barcelona?

I'm assuming you mean publicising your services to the people who are likely to need them, rather than just with intermediaries such as here on ProZ.com? If so, there are:
- The university and other education places.
- Private and public health places.
- Tourist places.
- Companies with any dealings abroad anywhere where they don't speak Spanish (not just the English-speaking countries). Maybe not so much the biggest multinationals but the smaller ones that have a more occasional need.
- Government offices. Ministries of labour, education, environment etc, etc as well as the more obvious candidates such as immigration and tourism.

Edited to say: Duh! Read the question! Sorry, I didn't notice the word "medical". Oh well, a little of the above still applies.
