Can I run sdl studio on microsoft surface go?

I am thinking of purchasing a Surface Go with 8g/128g, and wonder if I can run Studio 2014 on it. Sometimes I just need to open a Studio file and have a quick look at it when I am on the road.

Thanks,
Larry

We have a Go in the family. I haven't tried using it for Studio but the Go copes with Microsoft Office without any noticeable issues and can even run Windows games, so it's reasonably punchy. I think it should certainly cope with occasional Studio use. However, it won't be much fun on that 10" screen.

Thank you, Dan.

As long as it allows me to open sdlxliff files and make some quick edits, that will do the job. I understand it will be painful to work on the 10" screen for an extended period of time.

Yes, it should Nov 20, 2019

Yes, the Surface Go can run SDL Trados Studio and any other Windows program (as long as it isn't anything crazy like a heavy-duty game or video editing application) since it has an Intel CPU. Just make sure you increase the font size to compensate for the small screen.
