My old computer with Studio 2021 on died. I had Trados Studio 2021 activated. I tried to reset the license in the SDL website portal, but get an error. The screen says "An error has occurred: An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error." I need to reset the license so I can install this on the new computer, but I can't find anywhere to get help from SDL without purchasing a support agreement. After going through various steps and trying multiple times, the submit a request button finally showed up. I was able to submit a request and they replied promptly. The situation is now resolved. There should be an easier way.
