Hope you are all well. We have a certain amount of funds in Moneybookers payment system. We would like to withdraw this money to our bank account in Russia. The main problem is that we can not complete the first test withdrawal because Moneybookers system already requires to provide a verification code (as everybody knows one needs to verify his/her account to withdraw money without any problems). Hope you are all well. We have a certain amount of funds in Moneybookers payment system. We would like to withdraw this money to our bank account in Russia. The main problem is that we can not complete the first test withdrawal because Moneybookers system already requires to provide a verification code (as everybody knows one needs to verify his/her account to withdraw money without any problems). How can we provide the verification code, if it is our first bank withdrawal? We called this company and e-mailed them, but their answers are too general and of no help to us in this particular case. It seems to us that there occurred an error in our account. No matter how many times we tried to initiate the first bank withdrawal, the system always asks for the verifcation code. And the page we are stuck in has no other button except from the button "Confirm" (meaning to confirm the verification code). Has anyone of you encountered such a problem?
And one more question:
Since there is little chance to withdraw our earned money from our Moneybookers account using their withdrawal system, we are thinking of another way to cash this money.
Maybe someone of you knows or already used the services of a reliable agency, that deals with exchanging money between different online payment systems? For example, exchange of Moneybookers for WesternUnion or direct wire transfer. Certainly, we know that such services suppose the payment of a commission rate.

You can go to your account, click on "email support". There you can ask any question and have a specific answer.
Usually they will ask you to verify your address by sending you a letter with the verification code in it. If it cannot reach you, they will later require a scanned document which was sent to your address in around 3 months. Please do that and I think you will be verified to use the service.

I had to press the confirm button three times so that the system blocked my verification process and asked for another method of verification, it was the time that I could contact the company and get my address verified.
Ah, about another service, I think you can hardly exchange your money from Moneybookers to any other online payment service. I think trying to verify your account is the only way to get the money.
Or you can as for an exchange of money from some of your colleagues who have other kind of online account.

I understand what you mean. No matter what you do, where you click and what you try to confirm - you always end up on the same page, which is demanding a code from you.
I finally solved it - I used my credit card to verify me (there are such options on the same page, on which you should enter the code). After that I could immediately withdraw my money.

Thank you very much for your reply. Now we see that we are not alone with such problem. In case we won't find any solution, we'll try to withdraw the money using the credit card. However we do not have it yet. In Russia people prefer to go shopping etc with cash money. Thanks a lot.

Actually it's not that simple. I have MB account for over a year, and I was withdrawing money every month without problems. My address was verified early last year. My other data was verified two months ago. And suddenly, when I wanted to withdraw my money for nth time - MB demanded some code from me. It's a new security measure and I don't think other verifying matters are in direct connection with this new feature. You may have everything verified and still get this code demand.
In Russia people prefer to go shopping etc with cash money.
If you do a lot of business through internet, it can come in handy to have a CC, even if you use cash for shopping A sign of times
