Thanks Vilma - just curious as to why the powwow is not being held the previous weekend (26/27/28) in association with the AAIT conference? It can still be in honor of ITD but you will be able to get a lot of attendees if you align it with the conference.

Nicola's Lebanese Restaurant on LaVista Rd. - www.nicolaslebaneserestaurant.com. I would suggest Sunday the 28th because the AAIT Conference is hosting its gala on Saturday night and you don't want to have your powwow on the same night if you want more attendance. Also, Nicola's has bellydancing every Sunday night starting at 7. The owner is a dear family friend and he catered my wedding, so if you would like to have the Powwow here, he would love to have us!
