ANTECEDENTES
1.- Campo de la invención.
Diseño y proceso constructivo de torres de concreto postensado para generadores eólicos, consistente en un cilindro dividido en tres sectores circulares iguales dispuestos en forma de pirámide. Los tres sectores de concreto, quedan unidos entre si con prefabricados planos de concreto en forma de triángulo para formar una torre de sección variable que remata en su parte superior en una sección circular.
Tanto los segmentos circulares como las partes planas se prefabrican en partes para poder ser colocados, unidos entre si y a la cimentación mediante cables de preesfuerzo. Los prefabricados, por su tamaño, pueden ser hechos en sitio eliminando el transporte.
2.- Antecedentes generales de la invención
Se han propuesto diferentes torres para generadores eólicos. Por ejemplo, se han construido diversas torres con estructuras metálicas a base de armaduras, también se han construido con sección tubular. En ambos casos su altura esta limitada por sus dimensiones, la turbulencia que el aire produce, la resistencia a grandes sismos y por su constructividad que ya no resulta práctica para alturas que se usan actualmente.
También se conocen en la técnica previa las torres descritas como la patente americana US-2,826,800, que se refiere a una torre cónica construida en segmentos de concreto unidos con tensores.

BACKGROUND
1.- Field of the invention.
Post-stressed concrete towers for wind-energy design and process, consisting of a cylinder divided in three equal circular sectors, arranged to form a pyramid. The three concrete sectors are joined together with concrete prefabricated slabs forming a triangle, to form a tower of variable cross-section, which ends in a circular section at its upper end.
Both the circular segments and the slabs are pre-fabricated into sections that allow them to be erected, joined together and to the foundation, by means of prestressing cables. The prefabricated parts, because of their size, can be fabricated on-site, thus avoiding their transport.
2.- General background for the invention
Towers of several designs have been proposed for wind-power generation. For example, several different towers have been built, having metal structures based on armatures; also, they have been built with tubular sections. In both cases, their height is limited because of their dimensions, the turbulence caused by the air, their strength against intense earthquakes, and their ease of building, because in many cases it is not practical for the heights presently used.
Also, among previous technique, towers are known such as those described in US Patent 2-826,800, on a conical tower built into concrete segments joined by tension elements.

cell with a diameter of at least 10 µm cannot penetrate through an intact 0.45 µm pore

Die Erfindung beitrifft einem Verstärker mit im Gegenkopplungsweg eingeschaltetem Entzerrer, insbesondere einen Leitungsverstärker für Telefonie-übertragung mit Entzerrung der Leitungsdämpfung, mit Ausgleich von Restfehlern bei der Leituns-entzerrung oder mit Kompensation der temperatur-abhägigen Dämpfungsänderung der Leitungen.
Wenn man in den Gegenkopplungsweg von Verstärkern Netzwerke zur Entzerrung einschaltet, sollen diese Netzwerke im Hinblick auf die Stabilität des Verstärkers außerhalb des zur Übertragung dienendem Frequenzbandes einen Möglichst geringen Einfluß auf die Gegenkopplung ausüben. Zur Schaffung klarer Verhältnisse wäre es ideal, wenn die Entzerrernetzwerke nur die ihnen zugedacthe Function ausüben würden, d. h. in jeder Hinsicht nur im Übertragungsbereich wirksam wären. Der Ideafall ist aber in der Praxis nicht oder zumindest nicht mit geringem Aufwand zu erreichen.Tatsächlich üben in bisher bekannten Schaltungen die Entzerrernetzwerke auch außerhalb des Übertragungsbereiches einen gewissen Einfluß auf die Gegenkopplung aus. Es ist daher der Ziel de Erfindung, Maßnahmen zu treffen, um den Einfluß des Entzerrernetzwerkes außerhalb des Übertragungsbereiches sowohl auf den Betrag als auch auf die Phase der Gegenkopplungsspannung möglichst gering zu halten.
Besonders wichtig sind solche Maßnahmen dann, wenn es sich um Verstärker mit austauschbaren Entzerrernetzwerken im Gegenkopplungsweg handelt. Bei Leitungsverstärkern, wie sie in der Trägerfrequenz-technik werwendet werden, sind die Entzerrernetz-werke oft auch so aufgebaut, daß sie durch Verändern eines reellen Widerstandes gesteuert werden können. Als veränderbarer Widerstand dient meist ein von eines Pilotstrom beeinflußter Heißleiter, wodurch die Characteristik des Enzerrernetzwekes geändert wird. Solche Heißleiter werden in der Regel mit Gleichsrom oder mit Wechselstrom niedriger Frequenz gesteuert. Um eine unerwünschte direkte Rückwirkung des Steuerstromes auf die Verstärkerschaltung zu vermeiden, müssen Heißleiter enthaltende Netzwerke von dem eigentlichen Verstärker galvanisch getrennt werden. Dies gilt insbesondere dann, wenn direkt geheizte Heißleiter benutzt sind. Eine galvanische Trennung der Entzerrernetzwerke von dem eigentlichen Verstärker kann darüber hinaus auch in Rückwirkungen allgemein zu vermeiden.

Thus, especially effective are those measures related to amplifiers with switchable attenuator circuits connected in negative feedback. Inside the line amplifiers and also in the carrier frequency, devices damping networks are used, often built in such a way that they can be controlled variying a highly-dependable resistance. As variable resistance, a thermistor controlled by a pilot current is used, through which the characteristic of attenuator circuits are varied. Schließlich betrifft die erfindung einen Kurbelwellenfräser mit einer Schneidplatte, welche aus einem Hartmetall mit mehreren Hartstoffphasen und einer Binderphase besteht.
Hartmetalle sind Verbundwerkstoffe, die aus metallischen Hartstoffen und einer Binderphase bestehen. Als Metallische Hartstoffe werden intermetallische Phasen wie hexagonal kristallisierende Carbide, zum Beispiel Mo2C, Nb2C, TaC, WC und W2C, kubisch kristallisierende Carbide, wie NbC, TiC, VC oder ZrC, sowie Nitride wie TiN, Boride, z.B. LaB6 oder TiB2 und Silicide, zum Beispiel WSi2, eingesetz. Als Binderphase finden vornehmlich Cobalt, Eisen und Nickel und deren Legierungen Verwendung, welche mit den Hartstoffen gemeinsam durch Sintern bei hohen Temperaturen, z.B. um 1450 °C, verbunden werden.
Hartmetalle zeichnen sich aufgrund eines überwiegenden Anteiles an Hartstoffen im Verbundwerkstoff durch sehr große Härten aus, was sie zur Herstellung von hoch verschleißfesten Werkzeugen für eine Metall-, Kunststoff- oder Holzbearbeitung besonders attraktiv macht. Insbesondere in der Zerspanungstechnick, wo Werkzeuge im Einsatz hohen Temperaturspitzen ausgesetz sein können und dabei gleichzeitig gegenüber verschiedensten Verscheißarten möglichst lange standhalten sollten, ist in vielen bereichen ein wirtschaftliches Arbeiten ohne einen Einsatz von Hartmetallwerkzeugen bzw Teilen aus Hartmetall nicht realisierbar.
Nach dem Stand der Tehcnik werden Hartmetalle auch zur Herstellung von beschichteten Schneidplatten für Kurbelwellenfräser, beispilsweise slolchen wie sie aus der AT 406 028 B bekannt sind, verwendet. Diese Schneidplatten sind infolge ihres Aufbaus aus einem hoch beanspruchbaren Material besonders verschleißfest. Selbstverständlich unterliegen sie aber trotztem, wie bei Zerspannungswerkzeugen üblich, verschiedenen Verschleißarten und haben letztlich eine endliche Lebensdauer.
