• Apply the cleaner by means of a brush and allow to soak into the residues (longer soaking time may be required depending on the sediment). Cleaning works best on moulds at a regular temperature.
• Remove swollen residues completely with a cloth or brush.
• All cleaner remnants must be removed with a cloth. Applying the release agent to the mould and wiping again with a cloth will clean it more efficiently. Repeat this step a few times to ensure complete removal of all cleaner remnants.
• Prior to start of production, neutralize cleaner remnants by rinsing the mould 2-3 times with the release agent used. Otherwise following demouldings can be difficult.
Storage:
• Avoid extremes of cold and heat
• Maximum storage: approx. 6 months
Operation:
• Respiratory protection: use proper ventilation and confine the work space.
• Protection of hands: repeated exposure may cause dry skin due to allergic reaction, skin irritation or absorption of chemicals.
ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES: neoprene gloves, nitrile rubber (protection from skin irritation)

| Translation - English Deliberations begin for Containers and Packaging Recycling Law amendment
Government seeks approval in current regular Diet session
On the morning of the 9th, the Lower House entered deliberations including explanations and discussions of a Containers and Packaging Recycling Law amendment. This amendment features an assistance program for instances where the recycling costs borne by businesses such as food manufacturers are lower than the initial estimate, so that half of the remaining balance would be allocated to the local government for collection costs. During the current regular session of the Diet, the government is seeking approval of this amendment for enforcement from fiscal 2007.
In her explanation of this amendment, Environment Minister Yuriko Koike said, “10 years have passed since this law came into effect and we have seen results such as enormous growth in the collection rate of plastic bottles. We hope to efficiently promote the 3Rs of reducing, reusing and recycling containers and packaging waste through this amendment”. | More Less | | Years of translation experience: 3. Although I had only intended on staying for one year, I fell in love with the culture, the people and the language. Throughout my three years working as an assistant teacher, I spent nearly every day studying Japanese, becoming more and more fluent.
By my third year I felt confident that I could work well in an entirely Japanese environment and took a job with a small Japanese University, working in their student office. During my year at the University, my Japanese skills improved immensely and I decided to try my hand as a translator. Although I have been doing translation since August, 2005, it was not until August, 2006 that I began working as a translator full-time.
Since August, 2006 and continuing to the present, I have been working in-house for a polyurethane machinery manufacturer 25 hours a week, translating a wide variety of materials, such as business correspondence, company brochures, website content, technical manuals and contracts. During this time I have also been doing freelance translation work that mainly focuses on academic research papers in various fields of health sciences. |
