Data processing technology
ADCP discharge survey data may be directly obtained from xxxx post-deployment software, to include discharge, area, river width, section average velocity, section maximum velocity, and maximum depth. It is possible to hand-select vertical velocity data in the post-deployment user interface and substitute it for current profiling during processing, resulting in a relatively small error. However, users are not very satisfied with average position and average water depth processed by xxxx when averaging multiple single profiles. Additionally, hand-selection is both time-consuming and cumbersome with larger amounts of data, and collection and processing must be handled by programming corresponding software.
