INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MULTITUBE HAIRPIN HEAT EXCHANGERS
1) INSTALLATION OF HEAT EXCHANGERS
A) HEAT EXCHANGER SETTINGS
1. Clearance for dismantling
Provide sufficient clearance at return bend to permit withdrawal of the tube element.
2. Foundations
Foundations must be adequate so that exchangers will not settle and cause the piping to transmit excessive strains to the nozzles of the exchanger. Foundation bolts should be set to allow for setting inaccuracies. In concrete footings, pipe sleeves at least one size larger than bolt diameter slipped over the bolt and cast in place are best for this purpose, as they allow the bolt center to be adjusted after the foundation has set.
3. Leveling
Exchangers must be set level and square so that pipe connections may be made without
forcing.
B) INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Mount the sections as shown in the recommended arrangement on the certified drawings. Be sure the shell nozzle gaskets are in place, but do not tighten the shell nozzle bolts or the shell support bracket bolts. Note the oblong holes in the brackets for alignment. Align the sections so that the fintube gasket faces are in the same plane.

I) МОНТАЖ ТЕПЛООБМЕННИКОВ
A) НАЛАДОЧНЫЕ ПАРАМЕТРЫ ТЕПЛООБМЕННИКОВ
1. Пространство для демонтажа
Обеспечьте на U-образном колене пространство, достаточное для снятия элемента трубы.
2. Фундамент
Фундамент должен отвечать нормам, иначе при оседании теплообменников трубопроводы будут оказывать избыточное воздействие на штуцеры теплообменника. Анкерные болты следует устанавливать так, чтобы иметь возможность корректировать неточности установки. Для этой цели лучше всего использовать закладные втулки диаметром как минимум на один размер больше диаметра болта; пропустив через втулку болт, ее следует залить раствором по месту, что позволит после схватывания фундамента подгонять положение центра болта.
3. Установка по уровню
Теплообменники следует устанавливать по уровню и выравнивать так, чтобы при выполнении соединений труб не требовалось прилагать чрезмерных усилий.
B) ПРОЦЕДУРА МОНТАЖА
1. Монтаж секций выполняют в соответствии с рекомендованной схемой расположения, приведенной на сертифицированных чертежах. Убедитесь, что уплотнения штуцеров корпуса (оболочки) на месте, но не затягивайте болты штуцера корпуса и опорного кронштейна корпуса. Продолговатые отверстия в уплотнениях служат для подгонки. Выровняйте секции с таким расчетом, чтобы лицевые поверхности уплотнений ребристых труб располагались в одной плоскости.

1. SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
(a) ABS (Anti-lock Brake System)
The ABS helps prevent the wheels from locking when the brakes are applied firmly or when braking on a slippery surface.
(b) EBD (Electronic Brake force Distribution)
The EBD control utilizes ABS, realizing proper brake force distribution between the front and rear wheels in accordance with the driving conditions. In addition, when braking while cornering, it also controls the brake forces of the right and left wheels, helping to maintain vehicle behavior.
2. ABS with EBD OPERATION
(a) Based on the signals received from each of the four Wheel speed sensors, the skid control ECU calculates the speed and deceleration of each Wheel, and checks the wheel slippage conditions. The ECU controls the pressure holding valve and pressure reduction valve in order to adjust the fluid pressure of each wheel cylinder according to the slippage conditions.
3. FAIL SAFE FUNCTION
(a) When a failure occurs in the ABS system, the ABSwarning light comes on and its operation is prohibited. In addition to this, when a failure which disables EBD operation occurs, the brake warning
light comes on and operation is prohibited.
TEST MODE PROCEDURE
1. SPEED SENSOR SIGNAL CHECK
(a) Procedures for test mode:
(1) Turn the ignition switch to OFF.
(2) Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
(3) Start the engine.
(4) Switch the skid control ECU to test mode using the intelligent tester.

(б) ЭСРТ (электронная система распределения тормозных усилий)
ЭСРТ использует АБС, осуществляя надлежащее распределение тормозных усилий между передними и задними колесами в соответствии с условиями вождения. Кроме того, при торможении на поворотах система управляет распределением тормозных усилий на правые и левые колеса, помогая контролировать поведение транспортного средства.
2. РАБОТА АБС с ЭСРТ
(а) На основании сигналов, полученных с каждого из четырех датчиков, расположенных на колесах, электронный блок управления блокировкой проскальзывания рассчитывает скорость и торможение каждого колеса, и проверяет, не выполняются ли условия проскальзывания. Электронный блок управления регулирует работу клапана удержания давления и клапана снижения давления, корректируя давление тормозной жидкости в каждом из колес в соответствии с тем, выполняются ли условия проскальзывания.
3. ФУНКЦИЯ ОТКЛЮЧЕНИЯ СИСТЕМЫ
(а) Если в системе АБС возникает неисправность, загорается предупредительная световая сигнализация, и работа системы прекращается. Кроме того, в случае, когда возникает неисправность, отключающая ЭСРТ, загорается лампочка, и система отключается.
РАБОТА В РЕЖИМЕ ТЕСТИРОВАНИЯ
1. ПРОВЕРКА СИГНАЛА ДАТЧИКА СКОРОСТИ
(а) Работа в режиме тестирования:
(1) Поверните ключ зажигания в положение ВЫКЛ.
(2) Подключите интеллектуальный тестер к DLC3.
