5) Community resources and concerns found by surveys ( Ind.1-1)
Information related to PWD assistance found by baseline survey (March 2006) , Community analysis study and PLA Workshop (Aug. to Oct. 2006)・Home visits (14 times)・CBR mobile seminar (Five times from Jan. to Feb.2008) are as follows;
(1) Community resources, PWD information
1) Baseline survey was conducted for finding the Classification and definition of PWD, PWD statistics, Stakeholders （local authorities, DOSS Sharqiya, CDA）
2) Home visits,
14 home visits were conducted by CDA board members, volunteer workers, mothers of PWD to PWD families with visit needs. The following tools used for life status information and registration have been prepared in Jan. 2008.
- Intake form of PWD
- Evaluation sheet for physical development of children
- Evaluation sheet for mental and social development of children
The information collected are filed in at the CDA office.

5. الموارد المجتمعيه و المخاوف التي وجدت من قبل المسح
تم إيجاد معلومات تتعلق بدعم الأفراد ذوي الإعاقات في المسح الأساسي (مارس 2006)، و دراسة التحليل المجتمعي و ورشة عمل التعلم و العمل عن طريق المشاركه (أغسطس – اكتوبر 2006)، الزيارات المنزليه (14 مره) و ندوات التأهيل المرتكز علي المجتمع المتنقله(5 مرات من يناير حتي فبراير 2008) كانت كالآتي:
1. الموارد المجتمعيه، و المعلومات عن الأفراد ذوي الإعاقات:
أ- المسح الأساسي هدف إلي التعرف علي تصنيف و تعريف الأفراد ذوي الإعاقات، أحصائيات عن ذوي الإعاقات، و الجهات المعنيه ( السلطه المحليه، المديريه بالشرقيه، جمعية تنمية المجتمع)
ب- تم تحديد الموارد المجتمعيه المتاحه من خلال ورشات عمل التعلم و العمل عن طريق المشاركه
ت- الزيارات المنزليه:
** زياره منزليه تمت من قبل اعضاء مجلس إدارة الجمعيه، و المتطوعين، و أمهات الأفراد ذوي الإعاقات لأسر ذوي الإعاقات عند الحاجه. الأدوات التاليه المستخدمه لجمع معلومات عن الحاله الحياتيه و التسجيل تم إعدادها في يناير 2008.
o إستمارة البيانات للأفراد ذوي الإعاقات
o مستند التقييم للنمو البدني للطفل
o مستند تقييم النمو العقلي و الإجتماعي للطفل
جميع المعلومات المأخوذه يتم حفظها في مكتب جمعية تنمية المجتمع.
2. المشكلات المكتشفه
3. لقد تعرفت ورشة عمل التعلم و العمل من خلال المشاركة علي القضايا التاليه فيما يخص الموضوعات العامه التي تمس دعم الافراد ذوي الإعاقات كالتلي:
・ الموارد المجتمعيه تتركز في منطقه صغيره
・ سوء إدارة الموارد
・ الإتاحه بالنسبه للأفراد ذوي الإعاقات منخفضه
・ وسائل المواصلات لذوي الإعاقات غير كافيه
・ فرص العمل لأهل القريه، خاصة الأفراد ذوي الإعاقات، غير كافيه
3. حملة التأهيل المرتكز علي المجتمع المتنقله:
تم عمل خمس حملات للتعريف بالمشروع و لتوظيف المتطوعين.
