2.2 FIS/intcom Koppelungssoftware für ein Drittsystem
FIS/intcom ist eine moderne Kommunikationssoftware für die Koppelung eines internen Drittsystems mit einem SAP-System des Anwender-Unternehmens. FIS/intcom ist komplett in die SAP-Umgebung integriert. Im Gegensatz zu FIS/xee (Kommunikation mit mehreren Partnern, SAP- bzw. Drittsystemen) unterstützt FIS/intcom ausschließlich die interne Kommunikation im Unternehmen mit genau einem Partner- oder Drittsystem.
a) Voraussetzungen
FIS/intcom wird als Add on der FIS GmbH zur SAP-Standardsoftware erworben; es ist als eigenständige Software nicht lauffähig. Ansprüche für Unterstützungsleistun-gen für FIS/intcom können nur gegen die FIS GmbH, nicht gegen SAP geltend ge-macht werden.
Das FIS/intcom-System benötigt
? einen handelsüblichen Rechner, der jedoch dauerbetriebsfest sein sollte (Lüfterp-roblematik):
- PC mit Windows2000, Windows XP oder Windows Vista;

? eine Verbindung vom FIS/intcom-Server zum SAP-Server.

Es ist die deutsche und die englische Version von FIS/intcom verfügbar.
c) Preise
Die Preise für FIS/intcom sind unabhängig von der Anzahl der User der betreffenden SAP-Installation; sie sind im Folgenden genannt.
Die Installation des FIS/intcom-Systems, die kundenspezifische Erstellung von Schnittstellendefinitionen oder Konzeptions-, Schulungs- und Customizing-Leistungen sind zusätzliche Dienstleistungen, mit denen FIS beauftragt werden kann (siehe III. Dienstleistungen).

2.2 FIS/intcom Connectivity Software for External Systems.
FIS/intcom is an up-to-date communications software which integrates an in-house external system with an end user- specific SAP system. The external system can be an OCR-, BDE- or MDE-system, a warehousing management system, an electronic scale or a machine tool. FIS/intcom is completely integrated into the SAP environment. In contrast to FIS/xee (communication with multiple partners, SAP- or external systems), FIS/intcom exclusively supports internal company communications with a single partner or external systems.
a. Requirements
FIS/intcom is acquired from FIS GmbH as an Add-on to the Standard SAP-software; it does not operate as an independent software system. Any claims of FIS/intcom support requirements should be submitted to FIS GmbH, not to SAP.
The FIS/intcom system requires:
- a commercially available computer capable of continuous operation in its given environment (e.g. problems due to inadequate ventilation).
- PC with Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista;
- 512 MB RAM, 20 GB Hard Drive
- Networking capability: a connection from the FIS/intcom server to
the SAP server.
b. Languages
German and English versions for FIS/intcom are available.
c. Pricing
Pricing of FIS/intcom is independent of the number of users of existing SAP installations; specifics are given in the following section.
