PROCEDURE:
1. Work area and utensils must be clean and sanitary
2. Over medium high heat in large rondeau or heavy bottom saucepot, melt butter in
saucepan. Add evaporated skim milk and reduce by half
3. When mixture has been reduced by half, whisk in the sugar and cocoa
4. Continue to whisk the sauce to insure that there are no lumps in the sauce.
5. Add bourbon and reduce the sauce again by half. Remove from heat.
6. Pour mixture into full size hotel pan to cool.
7. Cover, Label, Date, and Initial. Place into Walk-In and Reserve for service.

In fact meal preparation has become a casualty of our busy lifestyles. Unfortunately, ready to eat, processed foods are not the healthiest choice that we can make. To eat healthier, some planning is required to shop for the right ingredients for our meals, and some time is needed to actually prepare these meals. To state the obvious, foods differ in what they do for us. The basic measures of a food can be stated by the number of calories contained and how much protein, carbohydrate, fat, or other essential components are in that food. A nutritional plan attempts to match your nutritional needs with meals that you can enjoy and will satisfy these needs. When you eat foods which match the rate at which you produce energy, you feel better. By planning a food menu in advance, which is compatible with your nutritional needs and metabolic rate, you will attain your fitness and body composition goals and allow your body to produce optimal amounts of energy on a consistent basis.

1. Foods convert to energy at various rates.
2. Carbohydrates are the most efficient source of fuel and are a quick energy source.

PROPERTIES IN FORECLOSURE
Processing an escrow involving a property that is in foreclosure requires careful monitoring and attention paid to dates and timelines. Many times, we are told by Listing Broker/Agent that the property is in foreclosure or that the Seller is in default on loan payments. And, there are many times when the parties are surprised to learn that a Notice of Default has recorded or that there are foreclosure costs on the payoff statement.Here are some guidelines to help.
IMPORTANT DATES
It's important to have a good grasp of the important dates and timelines in the foreclosure process. The first is the recording date of the Notice of Default ("NOD")The next document that will record in the process is the Notice of Trustee's Sale. The Notice of Trustee's Sale can't record prior to 90 days from the recording date of NOD.The Notice of Trustee's Sale is notice of the date that has been set for the sale/auction of the property by the Trustee. The date of Trustee's Sale cannot be less than 120 days from the date of recording of the NOD.
Payment of the default (or breach) can be paid, or brought current, up to 5 working days before the date of the Trustee's Sale. After that date, the deed of trust must be paid in full, unless the beneficiary, at beneficiary's discretion, has agreed to accept the amount of the default/breach.
GETTING STARTED
You are informed by agent or Seller that Seller is behind in payments or is in default on loan(s) affecting the property. Review the preliminary report carefully. If the report does not reflect a recorded Notice of Default ("NOD"):
Contact your Title Officer. Have TO double check search, looking for a Notice of Default. If none has recorded as of date of preliminary report, ask that a date down be done at the courthouse. If no Notice of Default has recorded, set File Alerts for every week to have
Title Officer date down and see if a Notice of Default has been recorded.
If a Notice of Default records after the opening of the escrow, have the preliminary report amended to reflect the NOD. Furnish a copy of the amended report to all parties, including New Lender and Brokers/Agents.
Order payoff statement immediately.*If the report does reflect a recorded Notice of Default:
*Order payoff statement immediately. Contact lender. Find out specific address where payoff statement should be ordered for a property in foreclosure.
Sometimes, the payoff statement comes from Trustee handling the foreclosure, not the Lender.Some Lenders have in-house foreclosure departments. It is important to know who the players are (more about this later). Make sure Trustee and Lender are in agreement on amount of payoff, including foreclosure and legal fees.Note the date of recording of the NOD.Set a File Alert for 90 days from recording date of NOD to have Title Officer date down and see if a Notice of Trustee's Sale has been recorded. Have file dated down every day or so until found.Communicate concerns to buyer, seller and brokers/agents regarding the time limit of the escrow.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN PAYOFF STATEMENT
Must be addressed to escrow holderNote any expiration date of the payoff statement.Read entire payoff statement, including fine print, for any specific and special provisions regarding foreclosure costs, dates, contacts, where payoff should be sent, etc.Call the lender and the Trustee. Establish contact with a person in the lender's foreclosure department and the Trustee. Get person's private line and email - make sure you can get through to this person at all times. This can be critical if the Trustee's Sale date is approaching.If a NOD is recorded and payoff statement does not include any foreclosure fees or trustee's fees, STOP! Contact the lender and Trustee and make sure your have correct figures. Insist on speaking to someone who knows the status of the loan and understands what you are asking for!
MAKING THE PAYOFF
Make sure that Lender and Trustee are in agreement on the payoff figures on the day payoff is being made. Sometimes, the Trustee has incurred costs that have not yet been sent to the Lender, or vice-versa.If you are in a position to make the payoff on the day of the sale, you may be able to convince lender that you have a valid escrow, have funds and are in a position to record the morning of the sale. In this case, the lender may agree to postpone the sale for 24 hours. If so, you must speak to the Trustee and make sure Trustee has this information. Too many times, we wire funds on the date of sale to pay off the loan, the Trustee was unaware and held the sale! | Translation - Spanish

Introduction
This guide gives information on the social welfare payments available in Ireland and how these payments are classified for the purposes of EU Regulations. It also gives information about entitlements under the Irish healthcare system.
The EU Regulations on social security (Regulations 1408/71 and 574/72)
co-ordinate the rights of migrant workers moving within the European
Union. This means that they are protected against the risks covered by the
Regulations, such as sickness, unemployment and old age, and that any social security rights acquired in one country are maintained when they move to another country. It also means that they must be treated the same as other nationals when applying the provisions of the Regulations.

Outline of the Irish social welfare system
Irish social welfare payments are divided into three types:
> social insurance payments (also known as contributory payments),
which are based on the number of PRSI (pay-related social insurance)
contributions you have in a specific time;
> social assistance payments (also known as non-contributory payments),
intended for those who do not qualify for social insurance and based on a
person passing a means test; and
> other payments, such as Child Benefit, which are provided regardless of a
person’s means or their PRSI contributions.
Applicants must meet the conditions of a payment to be able to claim it. Some payments have other conditions aside from having enough PRSI contributions or satisfying a means test. For example, if you are claiming an unemployment payment, you must be available for and looking for work.
Note: Unlike some other EU States, there are no special social security schemes under Irish law for particular types of workers, such as farmers, civil servants or other professions.
Here is a list of the social insurance (contributory) payments that are available to insured people and their dependants.

> Occupational Injuries Benefits (OIB);
> Maternity Benefit;
> Adoptive Benefit;
> Health and Safety Benefit;

Those who do not qualify for a payment from this list may qualify for a similar, non-contributory, payment from the list of social assistance payments below. These are based on satisfying a means test.
