I am a qualified translator with a Masters in Translation Studies from the Galway National University of Ireland, where my thesis was entitled "The challenges of translating ´El Pintor de batallas´ by Arturo Pérez-Reverte".
Since then I have worked as a freelance translator for almost two years now, for various agencies in both Ireland and Madrid, where I am currently living.

In addition to this I have over four years of experience teaching English in academies in both Ireland and Spain.

I am a native Irish speaker and through years of studying French and Spanish and living and travelling in France, Spain and several countries in South America, I have perfected my level of both languages.
