E' costituita una Società a responsabilità limitata denominata: D..... P..... Italia s.r.l.
Art. 2) OGGETTO
La società ha per oggetto le seguenti attività:
-la produzione, il commercio (al dettaglio e all`ingrosso) la distribuzione, l`intermediazione di materiali, oggetti ed articoli di arrendamento, decorazione e complementari per l`esercizio di attività commerciali; macchinari, atrezzature e articoli tecnici per il commercio, l`industria e l`artigianato; prodotti in plastica e simili, rivestimenti anche adesivi in plastica e di qualunque materiale, materiali vari da recupero.
La società potrà, inoltre, effettuare la lavorazione per conto proprio e/o di terzi dei prodotti e materiali sopra descritti ed assumere mandati di agenzia e rappresentanza dei prodotti sopra descritti.
