A prospective controlled pilot clinical trial reported that krill oil supplementation helped promote joint flexibility and comfort. In addition, a randomized, controlled pre-clinical trial investigated the effects of krill oil on skin health and reported that it supports the body’s natural defenses against the sun and environment.
Krill oil naturally contains a highly bioavailable essential fatty acid-phospholipid complex and antioxidants, providing optimal support for menstrual comfort, cardiovascular function and cognitive, joint and skin health.

At that time, the whole village is under the influence of the exquisite perfume of the blossoms.
Home gardens
Funneling down to a smaller scale, it is quite noticeable that most of the individual houses have their own home garden that is planted with a diversity of trees, vines, and herbaceous plants that yield vegetable crops and fruits for the household use. For instance, at Mr. X's, his home gardens include wild thyme, tomatoes plant, corn plant, eggplants and apple trees. Home gardens are not planted in a unanimous manner. The tomatoes for instance are planted in rows whereas the parsley and eggplant are planted in random arrangement.
Biodiversity and medicinal plants
The simplest definition of biodiversity would be the variety of species and organisms in an ecosystem. It reflects the healthiness of the ecosystem at study. It is agreed upon among the scientific community that crop diversity – and biodiversity in general – is vital for species survival from external factors like diseases and natural catastrophes.

Les Orangers
