縮から国内不動産取引市場全体は停滞している。
国土交通省が2009/3/24 に発表した今年1 月1 日時点の全国主要都市の地価動向報告「平成21 年度公示地価」によると、3 大首都圏の住宅地は平成18 年以降3年振りに下落に転じた。また、東京都が下落となるのは、平成17 年以来4 年振り。
埼玉県、千葉県、神奈川県も平成18 年以来3 年振りの下落となった。
優良住宅地としてマンション需要、収益性期待の不動産投資等を背景にこれま
で高い上昇を示した地点が多かった港区、渋谷区においても、景気の悪化、マン

The whole domestic real estate dealings market has been sluggish on account of the volatility and deterioration of the global financial market originated by the Sub-prime problem, and the credit crunch.
According to the land price trend report (the official land price for fiscal 2009) of the main cities in Japan as of January 1, this year and released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on March 24, the 3 greatermetropolitan residential areas started to fall for the first time since 2006.
Moreover, the fall in Tokyo marks the first time in 4 years. Saitama, Chiba and Kanagawa Prefectures also saw a fall for the first time in 3 years. Until now many sites in Minato-ku and Shibuya-ku had shown a high rise on the back of demand for superior residential land and the expectations of profitable real estate investment etc., but decline in demand through a worsening economy, a slump in condominium sales, and deterioration of the investment and financing environment resulted in a fall for all of these sites. Minato-ku saw a fall for the first time in 9 years and Shibuya-ku for the first time in 8 years. The 14.2% fall in Minato-ku was the largest in the Tokyo residential area. Under the influence of the financial crisis, investments such as real estate funds that are difficult to finance were withdrawn at once,
accelerating the fall. |

1．The Work Space
An empty scene displays a table (workbench) on top of a grid.
Your models will be built on the table. You can use the table and the grid as a reference point when moving in the scene. But you can also ask to have the table and grid not to be displayed. (See chapter User Manual/Edit/Preferences/Interface.)
The scene includes all of the objects created in the same work space. You will be able to display those objects in wireframe mode or in shaded mode. (See chapter User manual/Edit/Preferences/Interface/Work Space/Display Mode.)
The advantage of the shaded display mode is that it makes manipulations more interactive and more realistic. The wireframe display mode is better suited to precise work.

名古屋市は2009年6月15日～17日にユネスコクリエイティブシティズネットワーク会議に出席しました。
この会議は毎年認定都市で開催されるもので、今年はメディアアートで認定されているフランス第二の都市リヨン市の市庁舎内で行われました。リヨン市は古くから絹織物で栄えた街で、旧市街（歴史地区）はユネスコの世界遺産になっています。また1991年に始まったリヨンビエンナーレでは現代美術を積極的に紹介しています。
今回の会議には認定都市19都市のうち１６都市が参加し、各都市がこれまでのクリエイティブシティとしての活動や今後の展開をプレゼンテーションしました。名古屋市はデザイン都市として認定にいたったこれまでの活動と未来に向けた3つのヴィジョンとともに2009年の事業内容を紹介しました。
この本会議とは別に名古屋市も含めたデザイン認定都市の6都市はサブネットワークミーティングを開催し、より具体的な情報の共有と今後のネットワーク事業の可能性について協議しました。
今後は各都市が行うデザイン関連のイベントカレンダーを共有し、デザイナー、クリエイター、研究者などの人的な交流を目指していくことになりました。

Nagoya city attended the UNESCO Creative Cities Network meeting of June 15-17, 2009.
Every year the meeting is held in a designated city, and it was conducted this year in the city hall of Lyon, France's second largest city and designated Creative City for Media Arts.
The silk fabric industry has flourished in Lyon throughout the ages and the old part of the city (the historical district) has become a UNESCO world heritage site. In addition, the Lyon biennial, which started in 1991, actively profiles contemporary fine arts.
16 of the 19 designated cities participated in the meeting; with each city presenting its activities performed thus far or scheduled developments as a creative city. Nagoya city presented its activities to date and three visions for the future as a designated Creative City for Design together with the contents of its enterprise in 2009.
All 6 designated Creative Cities for Design (Nagoya included) held a sub-network meeting, sharing detailed information and discussing future network business opportunities. Each city is to share its calendar for design-related events, and will target the interaction of people such as designers, creators and researchers.
