Втрата свободи – нас пронумерували!

Згадаймо номерне татуювання на руках в’язнів концтаборів. Навіщо ім’я, якщо може бути номер. Імена однакові, повторюються, а номери різні. Навіщо так багато цифр - номер паспорту, номер банківського рахунку, номер мобільного телефону, ip-адреса інтернет-користувача, ідентифікаційний код, код IMEA.
Бог створив людину бути вільною. Дав їй шанс вибирати між світлом та темрявою, добром та злом. Однак протягом всієї історії людства спокуса глобального панування ставала причиною багатьох нещасть та трагедій. Не потребують коментарів та навіки будуть віяти холодом такі історичні постаті, як Ірод, Гітлер, Сталін, Піночет та страшні слова „війна", „голокост", „голодомор".
Чому так буває ? Бажання заробляти великі кошти провокує інтриги на глобальному рівні. Уряди національних держав перетворюються в керівників сільських рад, які не спроможні протистояти тиску глобальних компаній. Заради плантацій кокаїну, нафти та газу провокуються військові конфлікти, формуються нові формати інформаційних та торговельних воєн. Визнаний класик економічної теорії капіталізму Карл Маркс писав, що немає такого злочину на який не піде капіталіст заради великих прибутків.
Буржуазне суспільство повне недоліків, однак людство не придумало кращої моделі економічних відносин. Комунізм виявився неспроможним вбити відчуття власного самоусвідомлення, бажання мати недоторкану власність та бути вільним громадянином демократичного суспільства. Соціалізм став довгим та важким шляхом до капіталізму.
Інтернет, мобільний зв'язок, електронні гроші - це додаткові можливості відчувати себе в глобальному інформаційному просторі, можливість миттєво отримувати інформацію, а отже приймати правильні рішення.
Однак, на думку сильних світу - за все треба платити. І не тільки грошима, а й власною свободою. Втрата свободи відбувається з надзвичайною швидкістю. Згадаймо ідентифікаційний код - без нього не можна відкрити рахунок в банку, продати нерухомість. А може Ви хочете відкрити візу у країни Старого Світу - готуйте відбиток пальця.
Але це ще можна зрозуміти - ідентифікації особи необхідна для боротьби з відмиванням брудних коштів, тероризмом та для контролю за сплатою податків. Однак картотека відбитків пальців мабуть спільна, як для порушників закону та чесних громадян. Отже Ви вже потенційний злочинець J.
Але виникає питання, навіщо так старанно взялися за ідентифікацію IMEA кожного телефону, чи справді для боротьби з контрабандою? А вимога вести протокол роботи кожного інтернет-користувача за його ІР-адресами. Мабуть не сексуальна орієнтація інтернет-користувачів когось зацікавила. Швидше всього нами хочуть маніпулювати.
Нас пронумерували. Ми давно вже не вільні. У фінансовій кризі знайшовся один позитив - електронні гроші дали збій, Ми ще можемо користуватись готівкою. Поки що...
Давайте задумаємося. Хто хоче знати, скільки ми заробляємо, за кого голосуємо, кого любимо, чим цікавимось? Демократія - це влада народу. Підприємницька діяльність це економічна свобода. Ми не повинні стати зомбі, ми достойні кращого !

“It’s no privacy if there’s no parrot involved” – net chat
The 1st thing our minds recall as we consider personal identification is possibly the numbers – the ones that once had been tattooed on concentration camp prisoners’ hands… Names are just useless as long as the numbers shall serve nicely for you. Names are much alike - all of them -and that leads to confusions. A passport number, number of your bank account, of your mobile phone, your IP address, ID figures and IMEI code - what are those multitudinous numbers actually for?
As godly creations, we come to this world to be free. Each and every of us happened, due to His will, to have power to elect between light and darkness, good and evil. All through the course of human history an unconquerable desire of a human being to solely rule the world inspired innumerable devastations and eventually caused bitter social disasters. No comments needed when such names as Hitler, Stalin, Pinochet are being uttered, the characters of those historic dramas are long since come to ice-cold oblivion, yet notions like ‘war’, ‘holocaust’, ‘artificial famine’ - when being mentioned - do give creeps.
Why does this come about? Profit addiction encourages global intriguing. National governments come to stand for cipher (just the way former rural-areas soviets’ guv’ners used to be) when they happen to be facing multinational tycoons. When cocaine (oil-, gas-) fields are at stake, war of any scale and form is the item on the agenda and brand new methods of warfare - like trade wars and botnet attacks appear to be handy… Karl Marx, a recognized authority in the field of capitalist economics theory wrote that no crime whatsoever is an obstacle when there’s profiteering involved.
Bourgeois society is full of drawbacks, yet never in the history of civilization there has been a more efficient man-made economic model. Communism did not manage to strangle the sense of human self-identification, nor did it make an individual forget that his right of material possession can be guaranteed and social freedoms secured by a democratic state. Socialism in itself turned to be a long and painful way to capitalist democracy.
Internet, cell phones, e-money are but attributives of globalized cyber-community, means of communicating and getting access to info, instantly and on demand.
Nevertheless, as high-ups of this world prospect, nothing’s dished out for free. One has to spend, and not money alone is there to be spent. Personal freedom happens to be means of payment, too. The speed the liberty exhausts itself with, is most dramatic. ID number is the best thing to be mentioned in relation to the above. None of a bank account be opened nor a real estate deal done without an ID number. You are applying for a visa to the Old World? Please get your finger ready, for your fingerprint has to be filed by the authorities.
It goes without saying – ID is indispensable in cases of money-laundering prevention and combating terrorism. Via ID number your tax over dues are being kept track. Fingerprint databases and information systems of different level worldwide seem to hold unified data – both on law-offenders and good citizens, too. Hence, (potentially) you are a would-be wrongdoer even if there’s nothing on your record by now.
But here is my question: why are all those pains be taken while privacy of your phone IMEI is being compromised? Is it something to do with possible smuggling case prevention? How about monitoring each and every net user by his/her IP address activity protocol? Is user‘s sex orientation in issue? No, we’ve just been chosen as target for surveillance and eventual manipulations. That’s what really counts.
We have been taken stock of, all of us and branded with numbers. We’re long since seized to be free. There’s one sunny spot in the darkness of financial crisis anyway and that’s of e-money giving way. Still we’ve got cash handy. Just for the time being …
Let’s make it clear. Who is the big daddy to control our earnings and expenditure? Who’s keen at knowing whom we voted for at last elections? Who is tracking our beloved ones? Even our hobby-horses are subject to some sort of investigation. Democracy means the rule of demos. Running business happens in a free economy only. We have not been created to be zombies. We are free and self-sufficient individuals in our strife for better destiny.

Інформаційний фон тижня: черговий раз понизили рейтинг України, найнижчий показник ефективності українських антикризових реформ, комерційні банки можуть достроково повертати депозити, рекапіталізація українських банків відкладається на невизначений термін, західні ринки стагнують, єврооблігації українських емітентів продовжують зростати, з гривнею НБУ грає у цікаву гру.
Чи не забагато співпадінь сталось наприкінці минулого тижня: НБУ скасував заборону на купівлю іноземної валюти для розрахунків за імпорт товарів і послуг без обов’зкового їх ввезення в Україну, НБУ скасував мораторій на дострокове припинення депозитних договорів, задекларував про тенденції щодо подальшого зміцнення гривні. Усім своїм виглядом Нацбанк дає зрозуміти ключовим гравцям валютного ринку: ми не боїмося спекулятивних атак на гривню і втримаємо курс на такому рівні, як нам хочеться. Якщо буде потрібно, то й до 3 грн. за долар доберемось! Але нам потрібні зовнішні вливання, тому ЄБРР, СБ, МВФ поспішайте! У нас є план і ви повинні нам допомогти його реалізувати. Інакше, за наслідки ми не відповідаємо. Приблизно такі ідеї, на мій погляд, могли витати в головах урядових економістів і керівників НБУ.
А якщо серйозно, то «там же не дураки сидять». Пригадав старий анекдот:
Політбюро. Секретне засідання. Американці тільки повернулися з Місяця. Генсек пропонує: «Давайте перші на Сонце полетимо!» Генерал: «Товаришу Генсек, воно ж світить, температура 3000 градусів, неможливо!» «Помовчіть, генерале, ви думаєте тут дураки сидять, вночі полетимо!»
Напевно, що вони що розраховують на кілька ходів уперед. Спробуймо розгадати «ворожі» плани. Уряд отримав 1,5 млрд. доларів на фінансування дефіциту бюджету від МВФ. Отже, їх треба поступово конвертувати за вигідним курсом, а тут долар падає. Можна його добити, але користі уряду від цього ніякої, тільки нові проблеми з МВФ. Тому потрібно підігріти деяких гравців ринку (наприклад, населення) спочатку до продажу долара, а потім Нацбанк почне викуповувати долар для поповнення своїх резервів. Гру підхоплять імпортери, песимістично налаштоване населення та гравці фондового ринку, яким потрібно зафіксувати отриманий прибуток у валюті. Долар зросте, можливо, й до 9 грн., і у гру вступить уряд, почавши продавати долар за найвищим курсом. Тоді пожвавляться й експортери, які зараз потребують урядової підтримки. На деякий час ажіотаж припиниться, щоб потім розпочатись знову на фоні дискусій про надання МВФ нового траншу кредиту для України.
Взагалі картинка розвитку майбутньої ситуації в Україні виглядає так:
На щастя, ми ще знаходимось на оглядовому зеленому майданчику, але потрібно бути обережним!
Золото-валютний портфель продовжуємо тримати у співвідношенні:
20% - у гривнi,
30% - у доларi,
30% - у євро,
20% - у готiвковому чи безготiвковому золотi (на щастя золото росте і досягло 930 доларів за тройську унцію).
Заробляти на українському фондовому ринку нелегко, але де ще відчуєш таку насолоду від розгадування головоломок української економіки!
