Forty (40) Sprague Dawley rats were randomly allocated into 4 groups of 5 males and 5 females. One group received the vehicle : 10 percent Arabic gum and served as control group. A slight reduction was observed with PCR3925. The behavior of the animals was not altered with the 2 other products and each case of mortality was not observed. Bodyweight change was not different among the animals treated and the controls. The biochemical parameters studied were not markedly altered.
