For Service Users of the “A” Programme thinking about taking part in focus groups/interviews
I am a PhD student from the Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Southampton. I am not connected with the Government, NASS, the local Council or any other official authorities.
I am volunteering at “A” for a couple of months in order to understand the running of the organisation. I will be observing what goes on and taking notes. I am keen to speak with people using “A”s services about how they got involved, what role “A” has in their life, and any other organisations they might be involved with.
Shpresa will not be named in my report. The names of people using “A” will not be in my report. Your name and contact details are confidential. I will not record any of your personal details.
I am looking for 6-8 people who agree to be in a focus group lasting one hour. You are not obliged to take part, but if you agree to take part in a focus group the discussion will be tape recorded. Everything you say will be anonymous. What you say will not affect your use of the services at “A”.
I am also looking for two or three people from each focus group to take part in a one-to-one interview lasting around 20 minutes. This will take place after the focus group and will ask for a bit more information about the same things. If it is ok with you I would also like to record this interview.
If at any stage you decide you do not wish to take part in this study you may withdraw without needing to give me a reason, including up to two weeks after the focus group/interview has been held. My contact details are below, or you can ask “L” or “E” to contact me.
If you would like to receive a brief summary report of my research findings please let me know.

Për të gjithë ata që përdorin shërbimin e “A” Programe; mendoni që mund të merrni pjesë në një debat apo intervistë?
Unë jam një studente e Dilplomës së Avancuar të departamentit të Politikës dhe marrëdhënjeve ndërkombëtare në Universitetin e Southamptonit. Unë nuk punoj për shtetin, NASS,Komunën apo autoritete të tjera zyrtare.
Unë jam vullnetare tek “A” për disa muaj në mënyrë që të kuptoj se si funksionon një organizatë e tillë. Unë vetëm dua të vëzhgoj dhe të mbaj shënime se ç’farë ndodh këtu. Jam shumë e interesuar të flas me persona që përdorin shërbimet e “A”, se si jeni përfshire në këtë program, ç’farë roli luan “A” në jetën tuaj ose ndonjë organizatë tjetër me të cilën ju keni marrëdhënie.
Emri i “A” nuk do të shënohet në raportin tim. Emrat e personave që përdorin shërbimin e “A” nuk do të përfshihen në raportin tim. Emri dhe të dhënat tuaja do të mbahen sekrete. Unë nuk do të shënoj të dhënat tuaja personale.
Unë kërkoj 6-8 persona të cilët mund të jenë dakort të përfshihen në grupin përfaqësues që mund të zgjasë rreth një orë. Ju nuk keni ndonjë obligim të merrni pjesë, por në qoftë se vendosni të merrni pjesë, biseda do të inçizohet në kasetë. Githçka që do të diskutohet do të jetë anonime. Ç’do gjë që do të përmendet nuk do të ndikojë në përdorimin e shërbimeve nga “A”.
Gjithashtu kërkoj 2 ose 3 persona nga çdo grup që të marrin pjesë në intervista individuale të cilat mund të zgjasin rreth 20 minuta. Kjo mund të zhvillohet pas diskutimit në grup, dhe do t’ju pyes më tutje për informacion të mëtejshëm rreth të njejtes pikë. Në qoftë se ju jeni në dakort unë do doja të inçizoja edhe këtë bisedë.
Në qoftë se në ndonjë moment vendosni që të mos merrni pjesë në këtë studim, ju mund të tërhiqeni pa dhënë ndonjë shpjegim deri në dy javë pas diskutimit në grupin përfaqësues. Të dhënat e mia janë si mëposhtë, ose ju mund të kontaktoni “L” ose “E” të lidhen me mua.
Në qoftë se dëshironi të keni një përshkrim të shkurtër të kërkimeve ose mbi raportit tim në këtë subjekt ju lutem më vëni në dijeni.
