In unserer heutigen modernen Welt müssen wir die Vielfalt aufnehmen und respektieren. Die Vielfalt ist eine Vorraussetzung für den Erfolg und die Entwicklung der Gesellschaften.
Es ist unsere Pflicht, die Vielfalt zu vereinfachen und zu verstärken, um so eine für alle gerechtere Welt zu ermöglichen.
Um Gleichberechtigung zu schaffen, müssen wir die einzige natürliche und einheitliche Eigenschaft zu schätzen lernen, die existiert, nämlich das Leben an sich.
Die Gleichberechtigung von Männern und Frauen ist einer der Grundsätze des Gemeinschaftsrechts. Wir müssen Worten Taten folgen lassen, die Gleichberechtigung der Geschlechter sicherstellen und gegen geschlechterspezifische Diskriminierung ankämpfen.
Daher müssen wir, um die Chancengleichheit zu fördern und zu stärken, zukünftig die folgenden Bildungsthemen beachten:
1. Spezifische Ausbildung für neue Arbeitsstellen, welche aufgrund der Krise entstehen werden, um so für beide Geschlechter wirtschaftliche Unabhängigkeit zu ermöglichen.
2. Ausstattung mit Bildungsmitteln, um so alle Wirtschaftsbeteiligten – sowohl Unternehmer als auch Arbeitnehmer – an die neue Arbeitsrealität anzupassen (Vereinbarkeit von Familien- und Berufsleben).
3. Förderung gleicher Kenntnisse für alle.
