Through my experience as a proofreader, I realized that the translation of complex documents is often too close to the original and that basic grammatical concepts are frequently mistranslated, which is the result of a limited understanding of the source text. This is why I decided to build up a technical background by attending classes of biology and medical terminology and more recently DJ classes where I learned to use and set up the basic professional equipment. I am also working occasionally with another French freelance translator in order to get better quality. Furthermore, within my eight years of experience in France, Great Britain and now Spain, I acquired skills in the following CAT software, technologies and environments through all types of technical translations:
