I am offering my excellent bilingual language skills to a large group of professionals in need of reliable, timely, and impeccable translations, editing, and proofreading.

I was born, raised, and educated in Germany for over four decades. As a young college graduate, my English proficiency helped me land my first job as an advertising account executive for Procter & Gamble. Twenty more years of handling national and international advertising clients provided me with insider knowledge of a wide spectrum of industries, of which the automotive market may take the pole position. During that time, it was part of my responsibility to translate ad copy, marketing, advertising, and media strategies, as well as research and general marketing papers for many of my clients, from DE > EN > DE.

After relocating to the USA in 1997, I continued working in the advertising field. Eventually, I capitalized on my extensive qualifications and started selling fine German automobiles (Audi), becoming one of the nation’s top Audi salespeople (rank 66 of over 1300 in the year 2005).

Since 2009, concentrating on translating brings it all together and makes my excellent skills and qualifications available to you.
