Art. 2.Oggetto della garanzia:
In forza della fideiussione come sopra prestata, il Fideiussore si impegna, incondizionatamente e irrevocabilmente, a corrispondere all’Impresa Garantita le somme che venissero da quest’ultima reclamate, anche se suddivise in più importi relativi a obbligazioni differenti derivanti dal Contratto, fino alla concorrenza massima di euro ________ (importo in lettere).
