1. OBIETTIVI

1. OBJECTIVES
Within the scope of its activities aimed at maintaining and where possible consolidating its present role as a prime –co-prime company operating in risk sharing with its partners, XXXXXX has defined and launched a project (XXXXX: XXXXX Network Enterprise Transformation) ) having product visualization as its objective, with particular reference to simulation, testing and prototype engineering (hereafter VPPS).
The purpose of this document is to allow candidate suppliers of VPPS (hereafter the Supplier) to elaborate an offer for the incorporation of the said solution into XXXXX (hereafter XXXXXX).
Given the wide scope and complexity of the initiative, XXXXXX intends to deal with the project as follows:
• On the basis of business commitments (meeting contractual obligations);
• On the basis of practical and technological complexities of the VPPS chosen solution;
• In relation to the practical and technological complexity of the present information system in XXXXXX;
• Gradually over a period of approximately 2 years;
• Guaranteeing continuity and innovation in core processes at acceptable risk levels.

High-risk conditions for ice formation exist, when the ambient temperature MBL10CT001 is below the ANTI_ICING_ALARM_TEMPERATURE and the ambient humidity MBL10CM001 the same time above the ANTI_ICING_ALARM_HUMIDITY. The more the VIGV are closed, the higher the risk for ice formation.
The anti icing system prevents ice from forming in the air intake system and on the compressor blading during critical ambient conditions, thereby increasing availability of the gas turbine. The intake air is warmed up by adding hot air from the gas turbine compressor. Hot air (MBH40) is extracted after the compressor and injected by nozzles into the air flow before the compressor.
As a result of increased compressor bleed flow in anti icing operation output power and efficiency are reduced.
If the ambient conditions reach critical values, an alarm will be initiated and the anti icing control valve (MBH90AA001) will be opened automatically. The anti icing valve controls the hot air flow to the air intake system by sending stroke commands to the anti icing control valve (MBH90AA001) dependent on ambient humidity and temperature to minimise the required compressor discharge air.
There is an additional manual anti icing shut-off valve (MBH90AA002) which needs to be open as well.

In modalità di protezione dal ghiaccio, l’aumentato flusso di spurgo comporta una riduzione in efficienza e di energia erogata .Se le condizioni ambientali raggiungono valori critici scatterà un allarme e la valvola di controllo della formazione di ghiaccio (MBH90AA001) si aprirà automaticamente. La valvola di controllo della formazione di ghiaccio controlla il flusso di aria calda verso il sistema di aspirazione aria inviando comandi di azionamento alla valvola di controllo della formazione di ghiaccio (MBH90AA001) a seconda dell'umidità dell'aria e della temperatura per ridurre al minimo l'aria di scarico del compressore necessaria.
È presente una valvola di blocco del controllo della formazione di ghiaccio aggiuntiva (MBH90AA002) che deve essere anch'essa aperta.
