Die Feuerungstemperatur der Gasturbine ist als Temperatur des Verbrennungsgases am Eintritt in die erste Turbinenleitstufe definiert. Auf Grund der sehr hohen Temperaturen in diesem Bereich der Gasturbine ist es sehr aufwendig, die Feuerungstemperatur direkt zu messen. In der Turbinensteuerung wird daher auf Grund bekannter thermodynamischer Zusammenhänge die Feuerungstemperatur aus der gemessenen Abgastemperatur im Abgasplenum, dem Verdichterenddruck und der Umgebungslufttemperatur berechnet. Die Aufteilung des Brenngasstromes auf Diffusions - und Vormisch-Brenngasdüsen und die Position der Flammen wird als Funktion der berechneten Feuerungstemperatur geregelt. Daraus ergeben sich fünf (5) Basiszustände zur Brenngasaufteilung in der Brennkammer:

4.5.5.4 Gas fuel operation
The combustion temperature of the gas turbine is defined as the combustion gas temperature at the inlet to the first turbine guide stage.The high temperatures in this area of the gas turbine make measuring the actual combustion temperature quite complicated, which is why it is calculated by the turbine’s control unit using known thermodynamic characteristics and the measured waste gas temperature in the gas plenum, the compressor discharge pressure and the ambient air temperature. The distribution of the fuel gas to the diffusion and premix nozzles and the position of the flames is regulated as a function of the calculated combustion temperature. This results in five (5) basic fuel gas distribution conditions in the combustion chamber:
