I am a Danish national who has resided in the United States for approximately fifteen years. I hold a law degree (Cand. Jur.)from Aarhus University in Denmark, an LLM from Temple University (Philadelphia, PA) and a J.D. from Rutgers University (Camden, NJ). I am licensed to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as in the federal system.
Upon graduating from law school in the United States, I worked for one year as a judge's law clerk. After completing my clerkship, I took a position as a litigator with a medium-sized law firm in Philadelphia, practicing primarily in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury and employment law. Eventually, I moved to the insurance industry where I handled re-insurance claims.
Recently, I have been working freelance in the translation and interpretation industry. I enjoy being able to use my fluency in Danish and English professionally. I am particularly interested in projects that allow me to utilize my legal expertise, but am also interested in other areas such as health, tourism and travel and children's topics.

The updates to the menu were made to make the site easy and more intuitive for visitors. Obviously, like any change, this may take a few days to get used to.
The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. This eliminates scrolling for those with smaller screens, and also improves readability.
Mouseover your name at the top of the screen. Here you will find information about your account, your email settings, and more. The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together.
