Hanif se réfugia au cimetière du Père-Lachaise. Il y passa l’après-midi de lundi en attendant de se rendre chez Mirma. Elle lui avait dit, viens vers huit heures, je partirai un peu plus tôt de chez Popadom, on dînera ensemble, j’ai tant de choses à te dire. Moi aussi, avait-il répondu, moi aussi, j’ai des choses à te raconter, la vie est tellement compliquée parfois, que veux-tu que je t’apporte ?
Dans le cimetière, il déambula dans les allées, croisant des vielles dames. Il lut des mots d’amour, des dates, arracha des mauvaises herbes, redressant des vases en plastique, ramassant des fleurs fanées et les déposant en tas sur le bord des tombes. Une caresse furtive, une pensée pour ceux qui avaient disparu.
Un cimetière était bien la vielle des morts. De multiples passés résumés par un nom, deux quand il s’agissait d’une femme mariée, par deux dates, le commencement et la fin, des termes affectueux. Et qu’en était-il du reste, tout ce que ces mots, ces dates ne disaient pas ?
Pourquoi ne rien graver d’autre sur ces tombes, une anecdote qui raconterait un bout de vie, un souvenir de la personne décédée : « Quand j’ai rencontré pour la première fois Marie Dubuisson, née Perrin (1928-2004), elle portait une robe rouge à pois, et de très jolis escarpins noirs. Dans ces yeux, il y avait du rire, et c’est ce rire, son enthousiasme, la manière dont elle embrassait la vie à pleine mouche, ses lèvres comme des battements d’ailes de mésanges sur mes joues, c’est cette joie qui a accompagné tous les instants de ma vie avec elle, à travers les soucis et les orages, en dépit du chômage et de cette stupide voiture qui a fauché notre petit dernier au bord de la route, un matin de printemps. Marie était mon soleil et je pleure sa mort. Je suis si triste que tu sois partie, Marie. Je t’aime, ton Jean-Marc. »
A la place, il restait des photos jaunies dans des albums, des souvenirs enfouis dans la mémoire de la famille et des amis, une empreinte passagère, semblable à la marque d’une chaussure sur le sable mouillé - l’eau s’infiltrait rapidement, finissait par tout recouvrir, comme si le passage sur terre n’avait jamais existé.
Pour les souvenirs, c’était pareil, même s’ils se chevauchaient dans la mémoire des autres, avec le temps, avec la vie qui avançait, se poursuivait, inventait d’autres rencontres, d’autres visages aimés, ils devenaient de moins en moins colorés, ils perdaient leur texture, se confondaient, s’oubliaient progressivement.
Hanif songeait aux gens seuls, ceux dont la vie ressemblait à celle d’une étoile filante, brève incandescence dans le ciel nocturne; ceux qui n’avaient pas d’amis, à qui personne ne pensait quand ils étaient morts, ceux dont les souvenirs d’une vie, cette longue accumulation de jours, disparaissaient avec eux dans le néant. D’aussi intenses solitudes l’effraient. Il ne voulait pas devenir un vivant oublié. Autour de lui, il n’y avait que du gris, du blanc, des brins d’herbes qui poussaient autour des tombes, entre les pavés, et le ciel qui accentuait son cafard avec sa couleur plombée.

The management of the stations on PDLs should take a great advantage to be organised in the “Escale” in charge of:
- the provision of services to passengers and more generally to all the stations customers (as above-detailed in Reference Book of services)
- the preparation of trains (train marshalling, technical and commercial preparation and supplying (seats preparation, cleaning, heating) and the train departure
The Escale organisation should be based upon a Quality System and Reference Books for both the completion of services and trains preparation.
An Escale Operational Centre should support the management of the Escale and the services to customers.
The “tracks occupation plan” of the station for a service duration is built by the head of Circulation on the station’s area on the basis of the requirements from the train operator(s) and the head of Escale. But each of them is free to appeal to the other for allowing modifications required by the daily operation for a better service. The head of Escale may demand special train movements on the station area to the head of circulation who then calls the switchman for the required itineraries.
The EOC (‘Escale Operational Centre’) centralises the tools and staff to help the head of Escale to coordinate all actions of agents in the station building and on the platforms and to inform passengers. Some preparation-train areas under the Escale control (a train cleaning machine,…) may be located outside the station.
The “travel warrant” rooms for train staff (drivers and conductors/ticket inspectors) of major stations are preferably located close to the EOC.
The Security Post in important stations(see the following paragraph) with its video-surveillance post is also preferably located in the immediate vicinity of the EOC and perfectly connected to it for messages and data-transmission by all means (telephone, intranet cable and WiFi).
The Fire post (see below) should be also located near the Escale EOC but the First-aid post (see below) should preferably be placed close to the stations customers, visible from them inside the public area of stations’ building.
The Security brigade (under the “head of Security” on the PDL) may decide to intervene in the station to solve security problems but after having informed the head of Escale and agreed with him on the best way to limit the impact of the station operation.
The head of Escale may also order interventions from the Security brigade, the fire brigade or the first-aid assistance to support solving safety and/or security problems met in the station.

车站一个运输服务周期的“股道占用计划”是由车站的调度主任根据列车司机和客运服务主管的要求制订的。不过为了保证提供最佳运输服务，他们中任何一人都可以根据当日的运营需要向其他人申请变更股道占用。客运服务主管会要求调度主任在站内临时调车，后者会联系扳道员将车调到相应的轨道上。
