The conveyors operating in the excavations with high pitch:
• over 12 ° they are equipped with drives mounted on anchor-advance devices, which protect them against sliding down and which provide proper location. The track of the conveyor is prepared for attachment of stay ropes, which are connected to the walking props and which protect the conveyor against slide down during operation and flitting.
• in the range 15-^25° and the height below 1,7 m they are equipped with the raised gates which protects the personnel against hits of coal bites.
• in the coal beds with lengthwise pitch higher than 25° and the height over 1,7 m the personnel protection should be assured by the walking props.
