LAS COMPRADORAS son conocedoras de la situación y estado físico externo de la finca, desconociendo la eventual existencia de productos tóxicos y/o contaminantes en el suelo de la Finca, para lo cual se realizarán los estudios geológicos del suelo previstos en el apartado 3.2 de la cláusula TERCERA del presente contrato. Source text - Spanish Después de una fructífera actividad como miembro fundador y componente del colectivo El Perro, Ramón Mateos inicia ahora una andadura en solitario, siendo fiel a los planteamientos que como artista le han llevado a trabajar en la difícil franja donde se entronca la obra de arte en el discurso de lo real. Un modelo plástico que recoge y hace suyas estrategias que vienen del activismo y la lucha social, llevándolas al campo de la creación artística. Es este carácter lo que configura la realidad misma de la obra de arte como la entiende Mateos, no como un hecho aislado y ageneracional, sino como un gesto que es leído en un momento concreto, por un colectivo concreto y cuya realidad evoluciona con la sociedad, poniendo en entredicho el mito del producto artístico único, diferente del mundo y cuya verdad se impone por igual a cualquier punto de vista. Sus obras, y especialmente las últimas, proponen al espectador reflexionar sobre su situación como ciudadano, valorando la capacidad de actuación que tiene y en qué medida es consciente del estado de la situación que le rodea, así como de su capacidad para modificarla	Translation - English After a fruitful activity as a founding member and participant of the group El Perro, Ramón Mateos starts now his solitary career, remaining loyal to the guidelines that have taken him, as an artist, to work on the difficult band where the work of art and the speech about reality are linked. He performs a plastic model that collects and makes his own the strategies coming from the activism and the social fight, taking them to the field of the artistic creativity. This is the character which shapes the reality itself of the work of art according to Mateos’ understanding; it is not an isolated or out of generation fact but an expression which is read in a precise moment by a precise community. Its reality evolves with the society. It judges the myth of the unique artistic product which is different from the world whose truth is evenly imposed to any point of view. His works, especially the latest ones, suggest the spectator to reflect about his situation as a citizen, to assess his capacity of action and until what extent he is aware of the situation around him as well as his ability to modify it.
