I am a native speaker of Russian currently located in Moscow and spent the past two years in Berlin, Germany.

I received MS degree (diploma with honours) in chemistry from Russian Chemical Technological University named after D.I. Mendeleev and worked for two years in the field of organic chemistry. During my studies I attended a two-years course on technical translation. My strong technical background (5.5 years of studies) allows me to translate technical texts with a high level of proficiency.

I also have MA degree in social and political sciences from Global Labour University, a joint international programme of Kassel University and Berlin School of Economics (taught in English). During this study I also made an internship in a research institute in Brussels where I was working, among other, on rus-eng translation of materials of Russian legislation in relation to labour laws.

My working experience also includes work for trade union organisation in Russia and freelance translations for NGOs in the field of social justice, human rights, challenges of globalisation and labour relations.
