The principles that underpin ABCs are as follows:
• ABCs should provide the Bank with sufficient information to establish whether:
->funds disbursed to projects are being used for the purpose intended,
->project implementation is on track, and
->budgeted costs will not be exceeded.
• Financial information should be linked with information on physical progress and procurement, to give assurance that financial and physical progress are consistent.
The monitoring of expenditures in relation to physical progress is a key aspect of ensuring that the project is under proper financial control, although in some projects it may be difficult to develop quantitative output indicators.

Dear my potential customers,
Originally, I started my career as a civil servant at the Hiroshima Prefectural Government.
But I wanted to pursue my proficiency in English further.
Then I changed my career path to an English lecturer at a prep school for a university.
By and by, the age of the Internet arrived with the invention of Windows 95.
Riding on this wave, I gradually received a translation job offer from various clients. I resigned the lecturer job to focus on the translator’s business more intensively.
About 12 years have passed since I became a full-time freelance translator.
During that period, I transacted a lot of translation-related works concerning such as business in general, market research, analysis of the economy, commerce, insurance, securities, communications, IT infrastructure, machinery, mechanical skill, medicine, medical care, food, beverage, cuisine, cosmetics, chemistry, pharmaceutics, art, history, literature, novel, poem, and newspaper articles, etc.
Of several thousands of jobs I have dealt with, there are no jobs that caused a serious trouble. Nor have I failed the deadline.

And with regard to the J to E translation, I'm not good at the colloquial expression, e.g., the conversation in the movie, or novel, comic, anime, etc. But with regard to the formal document, examination papers, and reports, etc., e.g., those issued by the government, corporations, universities, and research institutions, etc., I can handle them. If an English native wants to translate a certain Japanese document, and he/she wants its preparatory translation, I may become his/her helping hand.
