About me
For the past 12 years, I worked for many translation offices and some direct clients, trying to be each time as professional as possible. I am wel aware that my reputation depends on the client's satisfaction and I do my utmost to meet it.

Unlike what some may believe, I can not possibly know everything about all the fields in three languages and as I feel attracted by the technique and its logic, I decided to specialise in the technical field, particularly in the translation of technical manual for industrial robotics. However, I also like to play with my mother language and therefore I appreciate every now and then to translate speaches and articles or Internet sites.

I am what you would call a mature student.
After having worked as an executive secretary, I found out that translation was what I wanted to do and I just went for it, investing 4 years of my adult life in a high professional degree in translation.

This is for me a serious business and my reliability was probably what made some translation offices come to me through recommendation of colleagues.

My rates are reasonable and do match my value on the Dutch market. However I am aware that translation is a highly customised product. What suits one client might be not enought or too much for another client. Therefore I always establish an estimate in accordance with the needs of the client.
