Die Anlieferzone wird durch das Zurückversetzen des Gebäudes um 11,5m im Vergleich zum ursprünglichen Entwurf klarer und großzügiger gegliedert. Vor der Erschließungsrampe zum Eingang des Hauptgebäudes entsteht eine Bufferzone, die sowohl eine breite Spange zwischen den öffentlichen Parkplatzen zum Eingang zulässt, als auch die Anlieferzone integriert. | Translation - English
The new plans for the building show the details of the façade in the context of the surrounding development. The south façade adjoining the forest will be upgraded with an additional entrance to the education and rehearsal areas. This entrance can be reached from Road A without stairs and forms a quiet location with its own identity between the music school and the public sound garden. The delivery zone will be structured more clearly and generously compared to the original design by moving the building back by 11.5 m. A buffer zone will be created in front of the access ramp to the entrance of the main building, which permits a wide bracket between the public parking spaces and the entrance and also integrates the delivery zone. |

Architectural history and urban infrastructure are my primary focus and the subject of technical articles that I have published in both English and German. Work history
I started as a freelance translator for clients in the entertainment industries before becoming a staff translator at the New York office of a German magazine publisher. During my long-term employment there, I acquired valuable insights into the business of publishing and marketing. Since 2003, I have been a full-time freelancer, increasingly expanding my work into the construction, engineering and IT sectors.
